Our beautifully refurbished Superior Deluxe and King Spa rooms are spacious and our top of the range options. These are perfect for the long stay travellers or just for that special weekend away. And if you are travelling with a third person or a child our Executive Deluxe Rooms have a convenient separated lounge area with a sofa bed (charges apply) for extra comfort and privacy.

All rooms have high speed Internet connection and for guests travelling without a laptop we also have an Internet Kiosk located in the lobby area (charges apply).

Security is our priority, with a 24 hour staffed reception desk and all guest floors accessed only by personal security key card.

Guests are spoilt for choice with transport options as Town Hall Station and Central Railway Station and Coach Terminal both just a short walk away; the city Monorail service is only a few footsteps from the hotel. Buses to all parts of the city are only one block away on George Street offering easy access to Circular Quay and the Rocks.
     
     Taxis: An easy option from the Airport directly to the Hotel. Please mention Metro Hotel on Pitt at 300 Pitt Street.
     Train: The closest station is Town Hall Station located a few minutes walk from the Hotel. For prices and more information please check the website www.aiportlink.com.au.
     Shuttle Bus: We do not provide shuttle bus service from the Airport to the Hotel. When you land at the airport, ask the information centre to direct you to a shuttle bus company. Once you arrive at the Hotel, a receptionist will be able to organise your return via shuttle bus (please give 24H notice) (Charges apply).
     

  Child Policy

  1. Children under 12yo using EXISTING bedding FOC. Any rates including meals are based on paid adults , children meals are NOT included in rates.

  Car Parking Facilities

  1. Secure under cover car parking is available OFF-SITE at the World Square Car Park (located on the corner of Goulburn and Pitt St). The rate is $30 per vehicle per night (one entry & one exit). When arriving at the car park please approach the boom gate and collect a ticket. ENSURE YOU RETAIN THE TICKET FOR VALIDATION AT THE HOTEL FRONT DESK. WITHOUT THIS VALIDATED TICKET, A CHARGE OF OVER $71.00 IS PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE WORLD SQUARE PARKING STATION ATTENDANT IN ORDER TO EXIT CAR PARK.

  Cancellation Policy

  1. In the case of No Show and if you cancel within 72 prior to arrival, 100% cancellation and amendment fee of the total booking amount applies
